Svartifoss, Iceland

Svartifoss (Blackwater case) is a waterfall in Iceland. Svartifoss has a exclusive polygonal pattern can also be found in Israel (Hexagon pool), and in the Devils Tower National Monument (in the US). The polygon formation was via the slow cooling of the lava layers. Lava molecules are about, but when they cool and laid it be a polygonal shape, which is in its initial round shape closest kind to take. This lava columns have been a siurce of inspiration to the architects who designed famouse Hallgrímskirkja Church (Reykjavík)
