Drakolimni (implies in English - Dragon Lake). Drakolimni the lakes situated in the northwest of Greece Epirus region
According to local legends, the lakes where curbed by dragons and when they fought each other they threw stones and as a result designed the distinctive landscape and gave their names to the lakes
Other people feel that it is far more likely that neighborhood newts' similarity with little dragon gave the lakes their name
