Sossusvlei is located south of the Namib Desert (Namibia), it is surrounded a salty clay pan of red sand dunes.
Sossusvlei dunes amongst the highest dunes in the planet.
There are some other clay pans beside Sossusvlei Deadvlei like that are more renowned, but mistaknly referenced as part of the Sossusvlei
Deadvlei gives incredible sights due to the strong colors :.
Red (the dune itself), White (clay pan), blue (sky that clearly are typically) and black (The dead trees) make this place incredible.
There utilised to be a river flowing close to the proposed water in the acacia trees, which are now all dead
